Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare appropriate marketing plan and strategy for responsible business.
  • Prepare and implement effective sales and promotional plans for all the products to penetrate in different market segments.
  • Source and develop competitive sources of raw and packaging materials to increase gross margin of existing products.
  • Negotiate with the foreign principals for the development of new business, extension of the product line, and also work on possibilities of local business diversification.
  • Prepare the annual departmental budget and P&L statement.
  • Visit market to assess and update the performance and execute competitive strategy.
  • Keep Superior informed of any field problems/difficulties of business importance and records all complaints, suggestions of the retailers and bring it to notice of the management.

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Ensure maintenance of daily cash book/cash ledger and connected vouchers in Tally ERP.
  • Handle cheque / DD received in connection with business transaction.
  • Ensure timely payment of all Govt. dues, Agent/suppliers payments, staff benefits, utility bills and any other payments.
  • Ensure payment of income Tax, VAT, Taxes, etc, in a planned way to avoid any type of hassles.
  • Establishing appropriate tax and VAT accounting system
  • Update daily Party Ledger accounts.
  • Ensure safeguard/safety and security of all accounts related documents including cheque books.
  • Ensure accuracy and correctness of all receipt/payment vouchers and maintaining them chronologically in order for them to be easily traceable.
  • Coordinate and prepare the annual budget for Samajik Convention Centre.
  • Overall responsibility regarding all financial aspects of Samajik Convention Centre.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
